Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your PatientSwaps Platform Subscription at any time with no cancellation fee or penalty.

How to Cancel

Send an email to support@patientswaps.com with the subject line "CANCEL REQUEST".

Include your facility name, account email, and the date you would like the cancellation to take effect.

You will receive confirmation within 24 hours that your cancellation has been processed.

Cancellation Terms

Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. Platform access continues through the end of the paid billing period. No refunds are issued for partial-month cancellations.

Annual Subscriptions: Annual prepayments are non-refundable. Your access continues through the end of the paid annual term. Cancellation prevents automatic renewal.

Note: If your facility has a signed Technology Services Agreement (TSA), the cancellation terms in your TSA govern. In the event of any conflict between these terms and your signed agreement, the signed agreement shall control.

What Happens After Cancellation

Your platform access remains active until the end of the current billing period (monthly) or annual term. After that, your account will be deactivated. Facility operational data is retained per the periods outlined in our Data Retention Policy.

You may request an export of your facility data in a standard format (CSV or PDF) within 30 days of cancellation. To request data export or deletion, contact us at the email below.
